     I have a strong sense of responsibility, open and creative spirit. I share a good relationship with my students and colleagues. In my opinion a good teacher should of course have rich knowledge, good teaching methods and all that, but what is more important is the wholehearted loyal spirit of devoting himself to the cause of education, his willingness to illuminate others, so to speak, as a candle with all his resources. Only with such a loyal spirit can he unceasingly seek after professional knowledge, improve his teaching methods and love his students.
