Luosi Noodle is one of the most famous and popular Liuzhou snacks around Guangxi province. It’s a kind of rice noodle cooked with vegetable and field shell soup. A field shell is sort of a spiral shell, which are big and taste delicious. That leaves of the purple perilla are put into the soup makes the soup special and distinctive. People also put all kinds of spices and ingredients in it, such as pickled pepper, green onions, ginger, three-flower wine, dried rolls of bean milk cream, pickled bamboo shoot and so on. It’s hot, but cool!
