In this semester NO.2 Liu Yong Primary School carried out new methods to enhance teachers' teaching.Chinese Teaching and Researching Group tried the new method first.
    Chinese Teaching and Researching Group has been focusing on two young teachers,Xu Jingli and Qiu Wenqiu this semester. Every month these two teachers will demonstrate two to four lessons in the Group. The Chinese Group keeps close eyes on the process from preparation, teaching and accessment. First of all,the lesson is prepared in a collective way. After the teacher reports her teaching content,teaching methods and ideas, the Group will give her their comments and advice to improve the teaching plan. Then all other Chinese teachers listen to the demonstrated lesson. Finally a discussion will be held on this lesson and the teacher's teaching.
    In such a method, the two teachers made great progress in their teaching.
